This salad has some classic flavour. It makes a nice fall salad, but you can have it all year round. The havarti can also be changed up for brie too. 1 Tbsp of Honey
1 Tbsp of Dijon Mustard
4 Tbsp of Olive Oil
Rinse and chop the romaine salad. Finely slice the pear. Finely slicing the pear adds a nice light flavour and texture. Cube the Havarti cheese. Prepare the walnut in halves or chop to your preference of bite –ability. Prepare Salad Dressing. Mix 1 tbsp of honey, 1 tbsp of Dijon Mustard and 4 tbsp of Olive Oil in a bowl. Presto, simple and delicious. Assemble the romaine, pear, havarti cheese and walnuts and drizzle over the salad dressing.
