Put the chopped onion in a soup pot and add 2 tbsp of olive oil and sauté lightly. Add 1 tbsp of rosemary and thyme. When lightly sautéed add three cups of water, add the finely sliced carrots, bouillon and white beans and bring to a boil. Let simmer for 10 on medium and bring down to low heat to simmer for another 5 minutes. Get ready to serve and enjoy!
