Tzatziki with Fresh Cucumber, Lemon & Dill

 

 

This is a simple dish with a fresh flavor. It is quick and simple to make and makes a great addition to any party as an appie. This is a classic tzatziki recipe, when making it homemade it is much healthier and you can reap the health benefits.  This dip is versatile to pair with crostini, pita chips, or any store bought crackers. I recommend Terra Sweets & Beets Exotic Vegetable Chips for delicious flavor, crispness and color pop. 

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Yogurt

  • ¼ cup of chopped Cucumber

  • 1 tbsp of Lemon juice

  • 1  tbsp of Dill

 

Mix yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil and sea salt in a bowl.  Fold in the chopped cucumber and add some dill.  Stir gently with love.  Choose a bowl for serving and top with some sprigs of dill for added colour. Add the dippers of your choice and enjoy!
