This recipe is simple and only requires 3 ingredients. it also could easily be switched up with other toppings. I went with mango because of the sweetness, texture, and colour pop. This party was in june so I wanted to capture fresh light flavors and bright colours. These are definitely tasty, they have a combination of intricate flavors that go well together and create a culinary adventure for your tastebuds.
400 grams of Goat Cheese
1 Mango diced in small cubes
18 Tenderflake Tartlets
Turn the oven on at 350 degrees. Assemble the tartlets. In each tartlet add a tablespoon and a half of goat cheese. Dice the mango in small cubes. Place 5-6 mango cubes on each tartlet. Place in the oven for 12-15 minutes until the tenderflake tartlet pastry is browned. Let cool and viola ready to serve! Super easy, but people will thing you were in the kitchen alll day!
