Even if you are not a vegan this dip is delish! The cashews add a nice depth of flavor. This spread is full of nutrients and makes for a much better choice than some of those over processed dips that you buy at the grocery stores.
This dip is white bean based so there is fibre and protein which makes if also good as a light meal or serve as an appetizer. This recipe goes nice with crostini, whole grain or rye bread, or your choice of crackers.
1 cup White Bean
¼ cup of Cashews crushed
3 tbsp of Basil chopped
3 tbsp of Olive oil
2 cloves of Garlic minced
To make this magic happen take white beans, cashews, chopped basil, olive oil and garlic and wave your magic blender wand. Presto Pesto! Fold the dip in a bowl and serve with bread. This dip is also great for parties. Enjoy!
