This is a delicious and memorable appetizer dish. The flavors are layered and it keeps giving.
This recipe calls for triple cream but it could also be replaced by any type of brie.
1 pear sliced
50 g of triple cream brie
2 tbsp of chopped basil
½ French baguette finely sliced
2 tbsp of olive oil
Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Put the sliced pear in the oven and bake until browned. This should take approximately 12-15 minutes.
To make the crostini take the sliced french baguette and drizzle olive oil over it. Place the sliced baguette on a pan and put in the oven to bake. This should take approximately 10-12 minutes.
When the roasted pear and crostini are done take them out of the oven and it’s time to assemble.
Put the crostini on a serving platter. Place the roasted pear on top of the crostini. Layer the triple cream brie on top of the roasted brie and then top that with chopped basil. Enjoy your food orgasm!
