White Bean & Beet Dip with Crudites & Spinach Tortilla Dippers


This makes for a colourful, nutritious and delicious snack or appetizer.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup white beans

  • 1/2 cup of grated beets

  • 2 tbsp of yogurt

  • 2 tbsp of Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1 clove of finely diced garlic

  • 1 tbsp of Himalayan Sea Salt

Blend in a food processor❤️ and ready to serve.

Spinach Tortilla Dippers

Bake Spinach tortilla -wraps slice into shapes, and lightly bake at 350 for 8 minutes.

Crudites

Slice peppers and carrots 🥕 for colourful add-on
